Where do we deliver to? UK, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands only, although we plan to extend shipping to other European countries in 2003.
Which countries are included in the UK?The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
How will the order be delivered?All items delivered will be dispatched using the following postal services:UK addresses ・1st Class Royal Mail.German addresses ・Deutsche PostBelgian addresses ・Belgische PostDutch addresses ・TPG PostFor some items, we may decide to send your order to you using a courier service where a signature may be required.
Your order is sent in discreet and secure, strong, padded packaging and does not give our name anywhere on the outside of the package.
How long will it take to arrive?To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered at the time of ordering. Availability information is shown against every product on Blissbox.com and is the maximum delivery time you can expect before your item arrives at your doorstep.

Free Delivery Offer: That's right! For all orders of $100 or more, goods will be delivered at no charge within Australia. And of course, always with the same level of privacy and discretion!
Email Notification: If you have elected to receive email notification, you will receive one email when your credit card transaction has been approved and another email when your order leaves the warehouse. Your order will be shipped in plain packaging with no indication of the supplier. Your order will be shipped from our Canberra warehouse.

Orders over $100 (excl. normal P&H and after any discount offer) - FREE!
Orders under $100 (excl. P&H) - $8 across Australia
Delivery Times: Please note that all delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves the warehouse. We usually process orders within 72 business hours. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 72 business hours to process your order, one of our staff will email you with a revised ETA.
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post Express or Australian Air Express. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered next working day to the following areas

All Other Areas Your delivery will arrive 2-3 working days after despatch.
If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention adultshop.com in order to pick-up your package. If the parcel is sent by our courier company, they will also leave a card advising you that delivery was attempted.
